In June, Breakthru Beverage, one of the top distributors of beer, wine and spirits in the country, had a strike at their facility in Illinois. Regional Supplemental Services was notified by company management of the situation and need for immediate response. Within 48 hours RSS had over 60 CDL A drivers on-site and the deliveries continued without interruption for 3 weeks until the strike ended. Due to RSS’s incredible performance, Breakthru management requested RSS send dozens of selectors to their facility in Minnesota which they had recently acquired to help with the warehouse labor shortage while they ramped up staffing for their new facility. RSS had full staffing on-site in Minnesota within 2 days.
